Call For Conference Session Proposals
If you’re interested in presenting at the 2025 Annual Conference, please submit your session proposal form by Friday, Dec. 13.
Successful proposals will:
- Speak to major issues in the field, best practices, and/or access, equity and inclusion in college admissions. Ideally, presenters will reflect a wide range of voices in the profession and relate to this year’s conference theme, “All In.”
- Offer shared knowledge that can be easily implemented by other individuals or organizations
- Include at least two presenters at time of submission
- Be successfully presented within the 60-minute time limit
Notification of acceptance will be sent by January 10, and presenters must confirm their participation by January 24. Presenters are responsible for all conference registration fees and travel costs.
As an added bonus this year, you have the option to indicate if you would like your proposal to be considered for one of the WACAC Share, Learn, Connect (SLC) programs.
