Full Conference Scholarship: $1,500 (closes April 30)
Make a meaningful splash by contributing to the WACAC Scholarship Fund! All proceeds will be directly applied to registration and associated attendance costs for eligible high school counselors and college admission professionals. Includes verbal recognition at the opening session as well as signage at check-in.

Conference Registration Scholarship: $450 (closes April 30)
Support your colleagues by funding scholarships for Las Vegas! All proceeds will be directly applied to conference registration for eligible high school counselors and college admission professionals. Includes verbal recognition at the opening session.

Conference Attendees List: $800
A full conference attendee list will be provided two weeks prior to the first day of the conference as well as a week after the conference has concluded. By purchasing the attendee list, vendors agree to send out no more than two (2) communications to each attendee.

Conference Mobile App: $10,000 (SOLD)
Attendees will see your branding throughout the conference whenever they use the conference mobile app. The app includes announcements, guides, session information, exhibitor information, and much more!

If you’re interested in presenting at the 2025 Annual Conference, please submit your session proposal form by Friday, Jan. 3.

Successful proposals will:

  • Speak to major issues in the field, best practices, and/or access, equity and inclusion in college admissions. Ideally, presenters will reflect a wide range of voices in the profession and relate to this year’s conference theme, “All In.”
  • Offer shared knowledge that can be easily implemented by other individuals or organizations
  • Include at least two presenters at time of submission
  • Be successfully presented within the 60-minute time limit

Notification of acceptance will be sent by January 10, and presenters must confirm their participation by January 24. Presenters are responsible for all conference registration fees and travel costs.

As an added bonus this year, you have the option to indicate if you would like your proposal to be considered for one of the WACAC Share, Learn, Connect (SLC) programs.

$79/night (plus taxes) for single or double-occupancy rooms. No resort fees!

To reserve this special rate, rooms must be booked using WACAC’s designated link.

Phone reservations for the group block are available by calling 1-866-317-1829. Please reference group name WACAC 2025 Annual Conference or group code SMWAC5. However, a processing fee of $15 per reservation will be added.

Guests can make reservations in the group block until Saturday, April 19. After that date, this special rate will only be offered based on hotel availability.

Conference scholarships are available for WACAC members who have financial need and would otherwise be unable to participate. Priority will be given to public high school counselors and community college admission professionals. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 5:00 p.m. (PT). All the information you need can be found in the application form.

  • Exhibitor tables are 8 feet in length and will come with two chairs. Access to power is not guaranteed, but if required, it may be purchased at an additional cost.
  • The specific location of the exhibitor space is TBD, but it will be centrally-located.
