This position is an out of state position which allows the incumbent to complete their work in the Las Vegas metro area with or without accommodation.

Job Description
The Admissions and Enrollment Services office is a dynamic environment which requires dedicated professionals to engage, excite, and enroll qualified students to Northern Arizona University to help meet enrollment goals. The Student Recruitment Coordinator, Senior position is intended for seasoned Student Recruitment Coordinator who have managed a territory or territories for at least three years and can provide expertise to new staff and support the Admissions and Enrollment Services Leadership Team in the management of the recruitment and orientation areas of the office. With a large recruitment staff that manage territories across the country, the Student Recruitment Coordinator, Senior works collaboratively with other regional based Student Recruitment Coordinator, Sr.’s and staff on campus. This position is required to work evenings and weekends. This position is responsible for recruiting traditionally aged first year students in Nevada, North-east Arizona, and other out of state territories.

Recruitment – 40%

Program Strategy/Management – 20%

Travel – 20%Consultation/Communication – 15%

Other – 5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree AND three years’ experience.
Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
The applicant must possess a valid Nevada drivers’ license or be eligible for one by date of hire. Additionally, a good driving record is required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge of the principles and practices pertaining to Admissions and Enrollment Services, as well as Enrollment Management.
Knowledge of issues pertaining to areas of assignment.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, SalesForce CRM, PeopleSoft Student Information System, Business Objects and Enterprise Reporting tools, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skill in problem solving and decision making.
Demonstrated skill to prioritize individual work tasks, but also to assist supervisors in prioritizing work tasks.
Demonstrated skill in both verbal and written communication.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective and productive working relationships with on-campus and off-campus partners.
Skill in program development and execution.
Strong organizational and training/human development skills.
Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Ability to represent Northern Arizona University and Admissions and Enrollment Services in a professional manner.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Nevada, North-west Arizona, as well as throughout the western United States.
Ability and willingness to work numerous nights and weekends.

Driving Requirement: Driving a vehicle on behalf of the university is anticipated to be a regular part of this position.

Salary range begins at $50,494.  Annual salary commensurate with candidate’s qualifications and related experience.
