Associate Director of College Counseling

Viewpoint School, founded in 1961, is an independent, TK–12 coeducational day school in Calabasas, California, with 1,200 students, including 500 in the Upper School. Students represent 75 countries and 90 zip codes across Los Angeles, and nearly all graduates attend four-year colleges.

The Associate Director of College Counseling is a 12-month position with a salary range of $105,000–$120,000, based on experience. Counselors are assigned to students beginning in 9th grade, supporting the college admission process, academic advising, and providing long-term mentorship. The office includes four counselors and a registrar/administrative assistant, with caseloads averaging 30–35 students per class.
