Reporting to the Director of Admission, the Associate Director of Admission is an administrative role that provides leadership and direction within the Office of Admission. This position supports the Director in strategic planning and implementation of policies, practices, and procedures to achieve the office’s goals.
The Associate Director directly supervises one or two admission counselors and manages the office’s communication efforts, including coordinating messaging for campus visits, application updates, and collaboration with external communications partners on large-scale campaigns.
Additionally, this position fulfills traditional admission counselor responsibilities, including territory management, application review, serving as counselor of the day, and participating in recruitment travel.
This position is located in Whittier, CA. It is a fully on-campus position with frequent local travel and moderate regional and national travel. This position requires some evening and weekend work.
Hours: Monday – Friday, some evening and weekend work
Exempt Status: Exempt
Full Time/Part Time status: Full Time
Salary Range: $72,000-$77,250 annually; Salary will commensurate with experience, skills, and knowledge.
